Schedule Productions
Work closely with game developers, actors, talent agencies, and producers to schedule every facet of production. I’ve worked on games made by teams of all sizes and budgets.
SAG-AFTRA Signatory
Union and Non-Union productions. Set-up Union gig, file the proper paperwork, and communicate with licensed payroll.
Hire Talent
Consult an industry-specific actor database to review and ultimately hire the best-fitting talent. I have negotiated for A-list talent for games.
Organize Auditions
Schedule auditions with actors and producers, hire production assistants, order craft services, communicate with agencies, and serve as a reader when devs want to keep costs low.
Script Quality Assurance
The last line of defense for shooting scripts. I find typos and logical errors within scripts, and have helped with punch-up.
On-Location and/or Remote Support
Assist remotely with productions in Chile, Poland, Russia, China, and Germany. I’ve provided on-location assistance to Canadian and UK productions.

Audio Quality Assurance
Ensure levels and clarity of deliverables meet quality standards. Isolate correct take and denote preferred take.
Client Outreach
Meet and negotiate with potential clients from game developers to music producers. Includes networking at industry events and conferences.
Accounts Payable
Manage everything from bills, software licensing, insurance, and payroll to water cooler bottle delivery.
Studio Booking
Schedule studio times for seminars and independent artists.
